About Us
Hi, I’m Janhavi Patil, the founder of OCCAVE.
By profession, I am a Content Producer, and for the last five years, I have been working closely with Shark Tank India. Being part of the show gave me a front-row seat to watch hundreds of entrepreneurs pitch their ideas, build their brands, and create businesses that make a real impact.
Every day, I saw passionate founders turning their dreams into reality. Their journeys inspired me and made me ask myself one question:
“If they can create something meaningful for people and for India, what can I create?”
That question stayed with me for a long time.
About one and a half years ago, I started my own journey. I explored different business ideas and eventually found myself drawn to fashion and clothing. What began as a simple idea soon turned into a deep passion.
I spent months researching fabrics, materials, textures, and designs. I wanted to understand what makes a garment feel premium, comfortable, and timeless. Even today, that research continues because I believe there is always room to learn and improve.
OCCAVE was built with a simple vision—to create thoughtfully designed clothing that combines quality, comfort, and style while making a positive impact.
In many ways, Shark Tank was my inspiration. Millions of people watch the show and dream of building something of their own. I was fortunate to be part of that journey behind the scenes, and it gave me the confidence to start mine.
Today, OCCAVE is more than just a clothing brand. It is a reflection of passion, learning, and the belief that every small step can create something meaningful.
